•  Cultura filosofica e scientifica nell'età dei lumi, by Damiano Martorelli
•  Foibe: Memoria e Ricordo, by Giacomo Scotti, a short essay on the complex problem of memory of what happend towards the end of II World War, and immediatly after, between Italy and Jugoslavia.
•  Codex Sinaiticus, by University of Birmingham; Codex Sinaiticus is one of the most important books in the world. Handwritten well over 1600 years ago, the manuscript contains the Christian Bible in Greek, including the oldest complete copy of the New Testament. Now this famous manuscript is available on the web.
•   Notes on Placito del Risano/Appunti sul Placito del Risano (804 d.C.), The document of the Rižana (Risano) assembly, which was summoned to the Rižina (Risano) valley in 804 AD: this is important because of the information it provides about the settlement of the Slavs in this area and because it describes the complex Byzantine administration and the penetration of the Franks into the area via the introduction of a strict new feudal system which was resisted by the Istrian population.
